Cool
Shades To Beat The Heat!
Summer!
The images it brings to the mind are those of moist lemonade
jars, floral prints and of course sunglasses. Besides being
elevated to the rank of a fashion accessory, sunglasses at
the intrinsic level, function as protective gear to beat the
heat (in the absolute sense of the word). A checklist for
choosing the best this summer -
- Do
not compromise on the quality of lenses. Tinted shades in
mauve, purple or rose look attractive. Invest in the best
quality lenses and ideally go in for scratch proof ones.
After all bad lenses could ruin your sight.
- Buy
a light weight frame.
- Colour
of the frame should compliment your complexion.
- Those
with a sallow complexion must avoid yellow or orange toned
frames. Dark browns and pinks look good on this skin tone.
- Those
with a round face look fine in frames with angles. Strictly
avoid frames that round off at the bottom, this makes the
face look chubbier.
- Frames
with a straight line at the bottom and oval or round at
sides look nice on long faces.
- Rectangular
frames are a strict no-no for those with a square face cut.
Curved ones look better on these.
