TIPS
- To
keep paneer fresh for a long time keep it wrapped in a piece
of white mulmul cloth and pour three drops of vinegar over
it.
- Puri
may be rolled and place between well-rinsed wet muslin cloth
at least an hour ahead. Fry before serving.
- Day
old bread slices can be substituted for cake if cake is
not available at hand.
- A
good thing about most rotis is that you can half roast and
pile them and do the final roast just before serving.
- To
clean the stickiness inside a sandwich maker, take half
a piece of used lemon and rub on both sides while the maker
is slightly hot. Then clean it with a soft cloth.
- To
soften hardened brown sugar, place a few pieces of bread
in the container for 1 ½ hours.
- To
clean your microwave oven, add the juice one lemon in 20
ml of water in an heat-proof dish. Run the steam inside
with a soft cloth. Your microwave will sparkle.
