cups powered milk
1/2 tsp coffe powder
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 tsp castor powder
1/2 cup almonds (crushed)
1/2 cup raisins (crushed)
1/2 cup casheunuts (crushed)
cold milk
Preparation
:
Combine
powered milk coffe powder, cocoa powder, castor powder and
almonds, raisins and casheunut in a bowl.
Add just enough milk and knead into a dough. Place it in
a greased tray to set. Cut into squares and wrap and keep
in a refrigerator untill required.

cup Butter
2 cups Sugar
2 cups flour
6 eggs (beaten & separeted)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt.
Preparation
:
Take
a cream butter in a bowl, add sugar to sugar and beat it
untill creamy. Add egg yoke one at a time. Add flour, salt
and baking powder and vanila essenece. In a small bowl beat
egg white untill they are still. Blend egg white into the
batter.
Bake in an oven at 325° for about 1 hour.
